Refund policy

Effective August 31, 2026

A full refund is available until we begin reviewing your paid intake.

Once customized analysis or document preparation begins, payments are nonrefundable because the work is created specifically from your company’s information. If ClearRule Systems cannot complete your order, you will receive a full refund.

Requesting a refund

Email jlw@legreenterprises.com with the email address used for purchase and your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time is determined by the payment provider and financial institution.
