Fulfillment policy

Effective August 31, 2026

The Process System is a customized digital service. After payment, the customer completes an intake describing one business process and may provide supporting material.

Delivery

The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation applies to that order. The delivery period begins after ClearRule Systems receives a substantially complete intake. Questions, missing information, or owner decisions may pause delivery.

What customers receive

The final digital package may include a master Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), role guides, checklists, an exception procedure, process map, and Process Intelligence Report, as described in the purchased offer.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, respond to necessary clarification requests, and review the finished materials before operational use. ClearRule Systems does not invent unknown company policy and may label unresolved matters as owner decisions.
