Privacy policy

ClearRule Systems, a service of Legre Enterprises LLC, collects information you choose to provide through assessments, report-download forms, purchases, intake forms, uploaded materials, and customer-support messages.

How information is used

We use information to provide assessments and downloadable reports, preserve assessment answers for a future Process System purchase, respond to requests, process orders, create customized deliverables, communicate about ClearRule Systems services, improve the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal or financial obligations.

Service providers

We may share information with providers that support hosting, payment processing, communications, document production, security, and analytics. They receive only information reasonably needed to perform those services. Payment-card and banking information is handled by the payment processor and is not stored by ClearRule Systems.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing jlw@legreenterprises.com. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
